" I came to american in xxxx,YY helped me in applying for 绿卡. We sant out I-130,I-485 and I did attach 4 photoes and have finger prin. Now my ho*****and refused to help me, thus I would like to file a form for his abuse (could not figure out what??), which is called "Petition for Amerasian,widow(er)or Special Immigrant". Now a question for you:
It is hardly established that your hu*****and has abused you just because of his unwillingness to help you filling some paper work for immigration purpose, if that is the case, then how can you sue him?
