我怎么听说递交了485后，不能回国，签证会有问题。害得我今年8月份没给老公递交485，因为他9月份回中国。我也是h1.

Once he apply 485, Your hud can either use AP to go back to China or get H4 stamp from consulate and pass custom with visa stamp and 485 original receipt.
