求救： 485 rejected, 能重新file吗？多谢！！

欲哭无泪: July 2nd filer, 我的垃圾attorney没签check,结果485 was rejected on Aug,29. What's worse about the attorney is that:我觉得不对劲，跟他们联系，结果3个多星期没人回复我的多封邮件。 现在我的问题是：
1.Can I refile my case? (my PD is Feb,06 and the current cut-off date is Jan,06)
2.有啥渠道可以Complain? From legal point of view, is there anything I can do?
