anyone got "under review letter" and something happen ?

I received this letter (dated Aug 23, 2007) after I made the inquire call:

"your case is currently under review. you should receive a decision or notice fo other action within 60 days of the date of this letter"

the 60-day will expire next week, and so far nothing happen. Anyone have similar experience ?

PD: April 2004, I-485 RD: Aug 2004 (NIW), still in VSC

filed WOM (Pro SE) after long waiting, then got second FP, then this letter. However recently inqure by congressman and Infopass, all show NC still pending. Not sure how that happen. Will have WOM hearing in Novermber, and called government attorney, he said he will push USCIS/FBI to avoid the hearing.
