Infopass: NC clear, 485 june filer

EB1 140 PD 09/2006
485 RD 06/2007, ND 07/2007, FP 8/25/2007
went to infopass and was told NC cleared on September 07
Spouse has same filing condition and was also clear.

Hope my case can reach adjudicary officer soon.
