Has 移民局的“最后行为规则”affected I-485 (AOS) status?

My son was on L-2. After received I-485 receipt, He Also received approval of F-1, Which was submitted prior to the submition of I-485. Has 移民局的“最后行为规则”affected his I-485 (AOS) status?

Does he own both F1 status and AOS status?

We requested to withdrawl the F1 request after receiving I-485 receipt, However, USCIS still aproved his F-1.
