Work permit by annually.

To my knwoledge, it is much more difficult than obtaining from USA. But it may be much easier if your family (your parants) are in China, and have a good reason. (My friend told me).

No.

4) 还有美国公民在中国工作，是不是还必须交美国的税？
Yes, but only the difference between two countries' Tax rates.
