How about the next step after you return back U.S by using AP and work for the U.S employer by using EAD? i.e., once the background check is clear,can I go back China for H1B stamping again if I still want to keep the H1 visa in hand? or it is impossible to re-activate the H1 if I have used the EAD already. Thank you.
