大家帮忙看看，是不是绿卡被批了？

没有收到任何email.今天收到ins得信，上面写

welcome to the united states of America.

This is to notify you that your application for permanent residence has been approved....

We will soon mail you a new permanent resident card. you should receive it within the next 3 weeks.

这是不是就是批准了？实在不敢相信，不是都是先收到email么？
