Two ways to find

1) Check your online banking website. Some banks provide electronic picture of both sides of the cashed checks. You will be able to recognize the receipt #.
2)If no picture available, call customer service of your bank. I called my bank service then the representative helped look at the image and recognize the case # for me. You can also order a copy of this check image.
