一家人的485 131 765 的收据号码都进不了CIS的系统

共有8个收据，8个receipt number 一个都进不去，本月3号支票兑现，8号收到正式的收据，到现在还是都没法加入账户，总是显示该number不存在。请问谁还有这种情况？该如何办呢？请好心人支支招。多谢了。
