. 新H1签证的有效期是怎么计算的？ 因为已经用了4年半了，是不是还有一年半可以用；因为绿卡也用了半年多了，是不是用绿卡的这段时间也会算到H1的时间里？因为还在同一个单位，感觉象是H1延期一样。
H-1B period is calculated by the days you actually spent under this status. Therefore, it seems that you only used four years and a half. Under the law, you can reapply a new H-1B which may be valid for another year and a half.

2. 现在H1在单位和移民局用的时间长，移民局那里经常要四、五个月才能批。新H1的生效时间通常是从递交的时间就开始算了，这样的话，仅剩的1年半H1的时间就浪费了很多。有没有办法让新的H1的生效时间从移民局批准的那天开始算起。
The H-1B period does not begin at the date your employer filed the petition. If you want to expedite it, you may try the premimum processing which requires USCIS to process the petition within 15 calendar days.

3. 如果用绿卡超过一年时间是不是可以获得新的一轮H1？也就是说另外6年的H1？

The USCIS guidance requires to be physically outside the U.S. for the year immediately prior to the year when a U.S. employer petitions for a new H-1B. In other words, a former H-1B holder may physically stay outside U.S. for a year in order to be qualified for a new H-1B with a maximum period of six years.
4. 因为放弃绿卡了，到时候老婆申请H4时是不是有问题，因为我这里已经放弃绿卡了。
Generally speaking, it should not be a problem. But you may consider consulting an immigration attorney.
