140 RFE subm 2-month ago; today "We mailed you a decision"for bo

140 RFE submitted 2-month ago; today I saw "We mailed you a decision" at on-line case status for both 140 and 485. Is this bad news??? Kind of making me very anxious!!---if a case is approved, you would expect that it tells you so online; and both 140 and 485 updated on the same day--likely a bad news??? wwwww...
Anyone saw this before?? Tnx so much for any input...
