ask PJIANG, Xiaobaitu, AP document not received yet

Case online status shows:

Document mailed to applicant.

On October 3, 2007 we mailed the document to the address we have on
file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not,
or if you move before you get it, call customer service.

Until today, I have not received the AP document by mail.Is it normal?Should I call after 30 days if still not receive the document?Thanks a lot.
