苦等绿卡若干年仍然不见光明的滋味多少人有啊？？！！

我们一家三人的绿卡已经等待了三年半，可是由于我的name check还没有完成，我们仍然还在苦海中飘摇。2006年以前这种情况可以通过WOM来解决，可惜2006年由于排期的问题，我又错过了WOM的机会。今年3月我file了WOM到当地的联邦法庭，但是我前面的三例WOM案子（等待1-4年）都被这个法庭的法官给Dismiss了，我的案子到今天虽然还没有结论，看来也是凶多吉少了。现在实在想不到还有什麽办法可以加速这该死的Name Check了。找First Lady的办公室，也不一定会有什莫效果。本人恳请本坛的高人指点明经。多谢了！！！
