Receipts of I-485 and I-131 Received

concurrently filed I-140, I-485 and I-131 on July 28, 2007 to TSC (I am in Alabama), received date on July 31. Today I received receipts of I-485 and I-131 from California Services center (CSC) with Notice date on Oct. 4, but I have no information on my I-140 yet.

Does anyone have any idea where my I-140 is, TSC or CSC?
