Help!!! 急！

我于2004年3月申请I485的, 至今无任何进展。今年五月，写信给总统夫人，八月收到FBI的来信，称他们已于2004年5月3日收到我进行NAME CHECK的案子，到现在还在进程中，现在我丈夫突发疾病，随时有生命危险。请教各位大侠、高手，我是否可以直接告FBI?
