A Advance Parole Question

Hello,

I applied and got the advance parole three times before for myself only. I am still in h1b status. My I-140 was approved. Both my son and I have filed I-485. I used to apply and to get an EAD, but the EAD is expired now.

Now I want to apply the advance parole for both my 10 year old son and myself. Is there any problem to get the advance parole for my son?
