XIAOBAITU: questions for your recent comments

XiaoBaiTu, today you posted a few comments about after getting green card, people must return to the company who originally sponsored them and work for a certain time.
However, if I have changed job to a different company after my I-485 pending for 180 days, do I still need to go back to my original company after I got my green card without RFE? I thought since the 180 days rule was issued by USCIS, maybe it is okay to switch company after 180 days. Is this wrong?
Another question is if I don't switch, after getting green card, how long do I need to stay at my old company? Someone said 6 months, others said 3 months. Which is true?
