I don't understand your first paragraph:
"No RFE required. Only I140. Exactly 16 month. The approval notice is still on the way."

Did u mean ur non-concurrent I-140(NIW) has been approved after 16 months' waiting?

You can use any address, even ur friends' address, as long as u can get the letters from USCIS.
