给Senator写信是mail还是fax?

July NC cleared but GC still not approved. 打电话到TSC，有两次男接线员告诉我已经Assign Officer，但是等了3个礼拜也没消息。另外两次女接线员干脆说没有Assign Officer。还是请Senator帮帮忙吧。
