Q:拿到绿卡后多久才可以转行呢？有哪些因素会导致以后拿公民出问题？不想有隐患.

Q:如果180天换公司，拿到绿卡后转行的情况又如何？

Ｑ；不是说 485 pending 180 天后就可以换工作吗？如果是concurrent filing, 140还没批，但485已过180天，可以换吗？会影响公民吗？

Ｑ：绿卡还没有批准就换工作岂不是更危险？

观点１：拿到绿卡就无所谓了
观点２：it matters. if you don't work for the sponsor for a single day after getting　gc, and if you cannot give a convincing reason why, cis will consider the permanent job the gc is based on does not exit. it is fraud and the gc can be revoked.　there is no rule set in stone regarding how long you must work for the sponsor after gc. generally 6 mo is sufficient. once you change employer, stay or leave the profession doesn't matter.
