yes, those people just make WOM harder for the following guys. So if you decide to file WOM, stick with it. I believe as long as the Judge don't throw out your case, US attorney will always push USCIS/FBI to expedite the case, since no government attorney want the hearing(the US attorney told me that over the phone).
