TN is renewed after 485 pending, Could be any issue to 485?

Story:

Filed TN renewal request before filing I485, After receiving I485 receipt, Lawyer requested to withdrawal TN renewal request, then TN renewal request is approved.

Do you see any issues to pending I485?

Can I continue to use TN to work or have to use EAD?
