NSC 485 请教, 四年了

My case (NSC):
NIW, RP: Mar, 2003 RD
AP: September, 2004
485: RD: November, 2004
1st FP (code 1), December 2004
2nd FP (Code 2), August, 2005
3rd FP (Code 3), June, 2006
4th FP (Code 1), July, 2007

I call National Customer Service center (800-375-5283) in August, 2007. I was told my security to be OK. The letter shows me as following:

Your case is currently under review with an officer. You should receive a decision or notice of other action with 90 days of the date of this letter.

请教各位高手，基于我的情况，90天内，我能否变绿。四年了，天天望眼欲穿。在文学城学习，天天见绿。工作机会不少，不敢逾越半步，只好望洋兴叹。欲办工卡，又见绿光在前。真不知今年能否过个好年。
