7月28日postmark，30日到TSC,10月3日收到485退件

7月28日postmark，30日到TSC,10月3日收到退件。我是主申请人，NIW，材料包括I-140,485，765和131。我LD的材料包括485，765和131.我们用同一个包裹寄去的。今天收到我们俩的485，765和131退件，说
（1）485应该和140 petition 或receipt notice 一起交。
（2）申请费数目不对，应该按7月30号之后的标准收费。

查过帖子知道是USCIS搞错了，请问寄回去的地址对吗?
