Recommend a lawyer for WOM in Southern CA please?

I have been NCed since Oct. 2004 for my 485 application (I am an EB2 filer). I have contacted congressman and senators, but no change. Finally decide to do WOM, although even this approach seems to be less effective than before. Can anyone please recommend an experience lawyer dealing with WOM in southern CA? Either Chinese or American will be fine. Also do you know the typical price range? Thanks a lot!
