回复：pjing老师，关于AP有两个问题

第一个问题：用AP后I-94有效期只有一年怎么办，特别是如果在未来一年内没有出美国的计划，但I-94又过期了怎么办？是不是只要renew AP就没关系了？
- You don't need to do anything about I-94 expiration of AP, and the expiration does not do any harm to you.

第二个问题是：对于H1-B签证的人来说，AP是否有基于H1－B身份一说，有人说，如果你在拿到AP后，又申请了H1-B的延期，那么你的目前的AP就失效了，因为目前的AP是基于前一个H1-B的。请问这种说法是否正确？
