7/2 – 9:01AM – R.Mickels – Filer, finally all checks cashed yest

Just checked my bank account and found that all checks (for 485 and AP only) were cashed yesterday. Then I checked the case status online which said that they received my application on 10/1/07. But, the wired thing is that I called USCIS yesterday (10/2/07) around 12:00 pm pacific time and the IO told me that my information is not in the system. So, I really confused as how they update their system information.

FYI, I sent my application to Nebraska but they are in Texas center now. And my I-140 was approved in Texas.

All 7/2 filers still waiting for receipts, I truly believe they are coming soon. Best wishes to all of you.
