pls help, update 485 infor

I got my J-1 final approval and thinking about update 485 which filed few monthes ago, because at that time, I check "YES" on J-1 matter.

do I just sent the copy of recommendation letter and approval to INS? do I need to mention the the recipe number somewhere? any special format to use for update 485?
