Xiaobaitu, pjiang and others: please help!! Thank you!

I will work for a big US company using my EAD based on 485 soon, but I will have any non-immigration status, such as H1B. My questions are:

1. Is it safe for continuous working at the company?
2. Is it safe to go back from Chnia just using AP?
