EAD card is just ordered. 7/4 received by NSC

My I765 was received by NSC on 7/4. I got one e-mail Yesterday and one Today to inform that a EAD card has been ordered for me. Wonderful !!! I am waiting for it to start a new job.
My I485 is still pending for NC since 8/2005 which was filed with my I140 (was approved after one month) concurrently.



All applications, two I-140, two I-485, one I765 were DIY. I do not want to give money to USCIS, so I do not apply I131. I waited until I had to file EAD for new job. I am considering to sue FBI for NC delay, the SOB. I will do it by myself.
