On October 2, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. Wrote letters to Former 1st lady and current first lady, don't know if it worked.
Wrote to a Congressman of state, meet an extraodinary kind lady in charge of immigration in the office, she heard that my son need this card to apply for college next year, her femine mind was touched and kept contacting with me and CIS, until CIS found no excuse to say visa number is unavailable.....I will visit her office with thank card and flower next week.

Thank everyone here, we paid lot's of emotions in this process, with the card, not means we gained much, at least we gained some. I really wish everyone step out of this difficult waiting period ASAP. I may not visit here anymore in the future, but my my bless is with you guys!
