EAD question, very urgent!!

我们的485是8月10日arrived, 我的EAD 是8月15号arrived, both are according to Fedex overnight record. 到现在还没有收到485receipt, 但是周末EAD applicaion 被退回来了， 说是应该付$340不是$180, 明显是移民局搞错了，8月17号之前的使用旧的RATE, 请教各位大虾们，现在我该怎末班，是写信去解释，还是等485receipt后在re-submit. 听说收到485receipt后，EAD 只要5WEEKS process time, 是不是真的。谢谢了
