Call USCIS for 7/2 cases, no help!

I just called USCIS for my case. I had to wait 5 minutes for them to pick up the phone. And then it was transfered to an IO but asked to wait 25 minutes. I'm working now so I could not wait that long... Shit!

Believe many people call them today. They seemed lossing patience.

Is there anybody can share the call?
