颠覆传统观念：寄出日期才是receipt date!奇也怪哉！ (图)

来本坛学习两个月，好像一个基本观点是：移民局收到材料的日期才是receipt date（难道是我学习不认真记错了？）。可事实却是：咱们自己的寄出日期才是receipt date! 我的材料由律师于7月27日寄出，30日被签收。寄件详情如下： Our records indicate that the following shipment has been delivered: Tracking number: 799183526*** Reference: YXX & Family Ship (P/U) date: Jul 27, 2007 Delivery date: Jul 30, 2007 9:53 AM Sign for by: M.SCHWEITZER Delivered to: Shipping/Receiving Service type: FedEx Express Saver Packaging type: FedEx Pak Number of pieces: 1 Weight: 3.00 lb. Shipper Information Recipient Information 所以我一直以为我是所谓的“7月30日的filer”。（因为6月30日件寄件者都自称“7月2日的filer”）。 我的支票于9月25日被cashed.上网查询开头都是同一句话：On September 21, 2007, we received this I*** APPLICATION TO xxxxxx, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. 昨天LD(具体含义请查P先生编撰、且已被置顶的移民缩略语词典，本人现学现用）发现律师周五已email过来receipt扫描件，上面每张收据的receipt date都是7月27日，NOTICE DATE均为9月22日。 不知道最近各位的receipt date以什么日期为依据？
