Infopass still is useful,at least you will know if your

name check is finished or not.
Usually if your NC completed when you take interview, IO will approve your I-485 soon, except he/she doubt your marriage is real one, if so,you have to wait 6 months to one year,then local CIS will schedule second
interview.
