急问小白兔：effect of out of status on my I-140/485/131/765

我自己在七月份(7/21)申请的 I-140/485/765/131(EB1a)中，用的是以前的H1B信息(my H1B expired on 6/30 but I did not realize it until after I filed I-140/485 and others).我现在有新的H1B(effective on August 6）及新的I-94 card(went to Canada and back on 9/21).请问从7/1-7/21这段时间及两个H1B 中间 out of status是否影响我的绿卡申请。我的工卡已批准。我知道应该向移民具邮寄我的新的H1B and I-94 card information.但不知道应该如何出处理这件事。 请小白兔一定帮忙。
