急！求助小白兔，射线，pjiang及各位大侠：错过打指纹appointment怎么办？

小白兔,射线，pjiang及各位大侠：

邮局送信的大爷把我的biometrics notice 送错了地址， 预约的时间是今天下午两点，可我今天下午六点才收到信，已经错过了预约时间。notice上说 If you fail to appear as scheduled, your application will be considered abandoned. 难道我的I-485申请将会被取消吗？
我该怎么办呢？
