紧急求助-两份485申请

看了xiaoxiong66的贴子，好像我也有点问题！

除了NIW以外，我还有一个LC based I140/I485申请。就是说，我递了2份485申请，一个是NIW，一个是PERM。在后递交的那个485申请上，我已写了我在1个月前递了NIW，并提供了i140的receipt#，但是没有填A#。

我的律师告诉我："You MAY NOT have more than one I-485 application at a time. What will happen is the USCIS will deny one of your I-485 applications. Unfortunately, you will not have the option of choosing which I-485 is denied"

现在我的问题是，如果移民局据了任意一个485，会对我的申请有什么影响吗？

移民局在这种情况下，是否会把两个485merge到一起？
