紧急求助有关H4延期和Alien card number问

我现在正在申请H4延期，已收到receipt，告诉我在60-90天内能收到decision，但现在已经105天了，我仍没收到decision,给移民局打电话，说让我继续等，我三个星期前搬家了，又给移民局打电话to change address,但他们问我的Alien card number, 我不知道什麽是Alien card number,是不是我收不到decision跟我搬家了有关系？紧急求助，请告诉我，多谢多谢！！！！！
