急问：我7/26寄出485申请后，由于母病，于8/8回国

急问：我7/26寄出485申请后，由于母病，于8/8回国。我持有有效的H1b visa，但是一直未收到receipt notice. 苦等数周后，只好在没有original receipt notice 的情况下于昨日回到美国。请问：我的申请是否已经作废？我应如何采取措施来补救我的神情？非常谢谢你的建议！！！
