problem to call USCIS with case # WAC--------

selected 1-2-2-6-1. after confirmed my case number, only heard from automatic service and no customer reps.
It seems people with SAC or LIN did not have the problem. I am wondering if it because my case was transfered to NSC but did not get the LIN number. Anybody have similar experience?
