485 从TSC 转到NSC. anyone same??

July 6 file 485 to TSC. Sept. 12 notice receipt from NSC. So, my case transfer from TSC to NSC. I hear many cases are transfer from NSC to TSC. Why my case from TSC to NSC? (EB3, 140 approved one year). Anyone has same experience? Good or not? Thanks.
