学校说一个月前就递上了我的h1申请，请问我怎么查ins是否收到了

申请，到现在也没有收到receipt,真怕ins没见到我的申请呀，另外我用的是dos的推荐信，ins的waiver还没来，是不是这个影响的呀，急死了，请好心人帮忙看一下，会是什么问题呢
