I am posting my questions hoping some experts could help. Thanks in advance.
I plan to transfer to an office located in another state and start to work for them on the 180th days after my 485 notice date. Could I move to the other state first because I have 4 week vacations left and something unexpected happend here. I won't work for the new office before the 180th days, but if I move one month earlier, will I be in trouble? Technically I have to report the address change within 10 days(?). Any experts could help? I am thinking I physically leave here without notifying post office and without changing the address on the payroll, but I am not sure whether it is ok. Anybody has similar experience could share experience?
If I telecommute and keep working for current office but live in another state 400 miles away, will CIS treat it like I never change office?
Thanks again.
Post with hope
