To Pjang and others: may I reschedule finger print?

My hu*****and and I just got notices for finger print appointment, however, the date is already expired. (9/26 10:am and 2:00pm).
Can we still do the reschedule for another appointment by mail? Is it too late to do reschedule via mail? Can we drop the letter to their office directly?
