我永远也不明白NC的作用

(1)我从没没有听说谁的NC不过,而拒绝他的CASE.不知他们查了多少的恐怖份子....

(2)在NC结束之前,申请者还在美国,只是没有绿卡,还可以有其他的身份.驾驶NC发现有问题在驱除出竟,那不一样吗?

(3) 我的意思是先发绿卡,然后慢慢的查,一点也耽误事,效果是一致的.
