Dates open up during business hrs. I have seen it added all day
I have been looking for dates on nvars.com as well, and it does seem very hard to get Vancouver appointments. I managed to snag an appointment in Calgary when it became available around midnight one day, so you can try looking at that time.
In the past I had the same experience. Free dates open up at 7am EST everyday (4am PST)。 Once the available slots are taken, they don’t reopen for the rest of the day.
Why are there no available appointments showing in the Consulate calendars? Is there a technical problem with the website?
