1. 140/485 pending，AP回国，在中国探亲期间，140被拒，还能持AP回美吗？如果140批准，485被拒的情况呢？
- You're supposed not to use AP, while people said you may still get in as you may challenge USCIS' decision on I-140/485

2. H1， 485 pending 超过180天，工作被layoff，在找新工作的过程中，需要转换H1身份到其它身份吗？还是说AOS有效就可以？
- You're in legal AOS as long as I-485 is pending. You need EAD to work for other employers or an H-1 transfer
